Add policy text at the end of the policy to read:

‘Smaller developments which are likely to have a significant impact on the local highway network, are in proximity to environmentally sensitive areas, or, they are in an area where multiple developments may have a cumulative impact may also require a Transport Assessment or Transport Statement. Transport Assessments will normally be required for major and non-residential schemes, whereas Transport Statements will normally be required for smaller developments. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Amend policy text to read:

6. ‘Make provision for secure parking and storage facilities in new development and in areas with high visitor numbers for bicycles, mobility scooters and pushchairs with reference to the standards included in Appendix 5 Parking Standards’

Add a new paragraph after the first paragraph to read:

Land shall be transferred at a notional cost with use restricted for healthcare purposes, secured through legal agreement, and with provisions for NHS succession.
