Rutland County Council is inviting residents, businesses, stakeholders, and community groups to comment on the proposed Main Modifications and accompanying documents to the emerging Local Plan. These changes have been recommended by an appointed Planning Inspector following the Examination of the Plan. The following documents are now available for consultation:

The Call for Sites 2026 was previously open from 9am on Monday 1st June to 4pm on Friday 31st July. However, as shown above this has been extended to reflect a flexible approach which will allow additional sites to be submitted, as work on the new Rutland Local Plan 2026-2046 continues
