The consultation on the Local Plan Scoping Report and supporting documents is now closed. Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit comments. The Council is currently reviewing all representations received, which will help inform the next stage of preparing the new Rutland Local Plan 2026-2046.

The consultation documents remain available to view below for information.

The Call for Sites 2026 has now closed. However, the Council may choose to re-open the Call for Sites at a later stage during preparation of the new Local Plan if additional opportunities for submissions are considered necessary.
