We note that the policy refers to specific building regulations. We would suggest removing these references, as change to the building regulations in question will date the policies. Reference to the relevant building regulations could instead be made in supporting text.

Comments noted. Disagree. The first part of Policy CC13 refers to Part S of the Building Regulations ‘(or successor)’. The second part of the policy refers only to ‘Building Regulations’ so both parts of the policy allow for flexibility with changes to the regulations in the future.
