We endorse the need to take into account the need to consider impacts on landscape character with wind and solar energy proposals. We strongly endorse the requirement to consider cumulative impacts and stress that these may cross local planning authority boundaries.
We agree that the mapping of wind turbine potential should not indicate automatic approval.
We object to the removal of land quality consideration.
