Planned Limit for Development in Ridlington along Hollygate Road .
We have recently been granted full planning permission to build a house on our land, currently used as garden, adjacent to our current property which will enable us to downsize, remain in the village and free up our existing home for another family to enjoy.
Currently the maps indicate this land is outside the PLD and it now seems an opportune time to reflect the new status as you update the Local Plan, particularly as the committee deemed our new house ‘infill’ when granting permission. We’d like to request that our soon be our new house and garden be included within the PLD for the village.
