Our response recommends a number of changes to draft Local Plan policies in order to ensure the
soundness of the Plan, with reference to paragraph 35 of the NPPF (2023). This includes a number of
minor amendments to the draft site allocation of Land south of Stamford Road (Policy H1.1), including in
relation to the ‘key principles’ and application submission requirements
