We would request that site MAR01 site ID 315 also be included as suitable development, as this site, in a robust assessment which was carried out for the now withdrawn Local Plan Review (Dec 2019) this site was considered suitable for development and we cannot see why this situation has changed.
As far as landscape sensitivity is concerned suitable design to dwellings could be introduced to keep them in line with the existing housing structures opposite the site(red brick terraced cottages).
The development would be an extension to a row of 1950's built council houses which do not have any great architectural merit, with natural cut off point at Ironstone Lane which is entrance to Market Overton Industrial Estate .
All site appraisals have been reviewed in the light of comments and further evidence received to determine their suitability for allocation.
