There is no justification not to provide new housing at Ketton by way of allocation. Our client, Manor Oak Homes, has two sites available that are immediately deliverable.

We have serious concerns about the proposed inclusion of a strategic housing site in the Council's supply and trajectory which has already been examined as part of another local plan (South Kesteven) and found to comprise a critical component part of the neighbouring district's own supply.
