I write to you to correct several errors and oversights with respect to site BAE01 in the "Site Allocation Assessment Appendix B Main Towns (October 2023)" [Site Allocations Assessment] document in respect of the following areas:

A. National Ecology Designations / Environmental Impact
B. BAP Priority Habitat
C. Best and Most versatile Land
D. Accessibility RAG status and distances to bus stops / rail station / cycle route

The recent planning inquiry relating to site BAE01 created a number of expert documents and statutory evidence that provides the latest up to date information from which to score and grade the suitability of BAE01 for future development.

All site appraisals have been reviewed in the light of comments and further evidence received to determine their suitability for allocation.
