Sites for First Homes hould not be restricted to the parishes of only Oakham and Uppingham, but should include villages too, both large and small. Some small in-fill sites in the villages would be ideal for this purpose. They should go futher and allow First Home self build and custom build homes.

Sites within and adjoining Larger Villages to ensure housing choice, particularly for young people wishing remain
in these sustainable settlements rather than having to relocate to a market town.
