We would not support Area 3, for the same reason that a recent planning application (ref 2023/0168/FUL ) on the same field next to Area 3 was recently refused as it was contrary to current policies: CS16, CS19, SP7, SP13, SP15 and SP23. For the same reason we would object to Area 3 due to visual impact from the B668 as you enter Rutland.
