Policy E1.3 Burley Appliances Ltd. We note that the proposed site is directly adjacent to the operational railway line and it is imperative that the construction and operation of the site does not impact on operational railway safety in any way. We consider that the developer must engage with Network Rail prior to any works taking place on site in order to discuss the proposals and agree details such as construction methodology, drainage, boundary treatments, lighting etc. We are happy to work with the council and developer in respect of this matter.
